The winner of the third annual Klutch Welding Sweepstakes is now available in stores

BURNSVILLE, Minn., Sept. 16, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- Northern Tool + Equipment is excited to announce that the winning design of the unique head-to-head competition is now available for purchase.

This year, the legendary "King of Flames," Dave Perewitz, faced off against his daughter, Jody Perewitz, each creating their own unique design. Voters were given the opportunity to choose between Dave's 'Aqua Welder' and Jody's 'Spatter' design. After tallying tens of thousands of votes, the electric blue 'Aqua Welder' has won the hearts of fans.

"This is the second Klutch Welding Helmet I've designed, and the creative challenge doesn't get old," said Perewitz. "I'm excited to see the Aqua Welder hit store shelves and have bragging rights in some friendly competition with my daughter."

Dave's limited-edition, winning design is now available for purchase online and will be available in stores this October.
